Profoundly helpful content for adults diagnosed with autism
If you're an adult who recently discovered an Autism diagnosis this book is probably the best at explaining mechanics that largely went ignored and/or misunderstood for your whole life. It explains the emotional/stress regulation with such clarity. Highly recommend for autistic people of all ages

Really helpful
I haven't read the full book yet but it's basically a guide to help my brain. I was diagnosed as Autistic just over a year ago and my brain has been all over the place. So much information but very little help and this book explains why my brain is like that and bits to help. This book really is a guide to my brain and I thank the author for writing this! I haven't been able to find their Facebook group though.

I think the world would be a better place if everyone read this book
This is by far the best book I have read on autism since I started researching the subject 9 years ago. I'm an autistic mom with an autistic son and I found this book incredibly validating. Many of the suggested strategies are ones that I've implemented myself over the years well before understanding I was autistic. Though they go against a more traditional way of thinking they are lifesaving adjustments for autistics. I feel encouraged, enlightened, and empowered after reading. I think the world would be a better place if everyone read this book.

An essential book on Autism packed with insight and how-to's
Part of the most comprehensive, well-informed and insightful 3-book series on Autism that exists. Every page seems to offer up some profound insight or advice. Having followed his posts on FB over the last 12 months I can not speak highly enough of the author or his output. An essential buy to anyone - parent, teacher, therapist, partner, etc - who has an caustic person in their lives, each of these 3 books is packed with gems of wisdom and know-how.

Great book, great series
Great book. I like the way these books are organized, it works for my brain. I love the attention to doing what’s best for the autistic person, from their perspective not everyone around them. Also nice to see PDA discussed.
