Bland.
It's just normal rice and daal mix, nothing special about any of these packets, no vegetables and no distinct flavor of particular state that is represented on the packet, It's good in quantity, so it's filling and light for sick people but honestly if you're buying out of curiosity, there is nothing Punjabi, Gujarati or Bengali about these khichdis.
