I love ❤️ this. It gives food that "je ne sais quoi" Chinese flavor. I use it in everything instead of salt. Great to know that it's lower in sodium, but I'm addicted to the taste.

Thank you uncle Roger for recommending! LoL that aside, this is definitely one of the finer MSG brands I've had. The amount you get with this is more than you will pay for a large container of accent (which I would never recommend), that cost more then this listing of ajinomoto brand MSG. What else can I say? You can't go wrong with this brand!
