No, it doesn't, but the binders are quite classy and formal looking. I'm quite pleased with mine.

Q: Will a 12 by 12 paper fit in this binder?

These are great binders and I highly recommend them. However, they are made for standard 8-1/2 x 11-inch pages. The manufacturing company specializes in photo albums.
