Great, exactly the same as the one I use in my workout class and really nice to have the DVD for guidance on moves to help get your body in shape. Would highly recommend for an easy and effective work out. Delivered in good time and packed well.

I do not recommend. The actual workout is less than 30 minutes and the instructor rushes through each of the poses and the getting into positions was not logical (on the floor, then standing up, back on the floor sitting then on your stomach). I spent more time trying to get into the position than actually exercising.

The product description indicated that 'it comes with an 'easy-start exercise poster' which was not included as part of the order. If there is a poster, can it please be sent to me. Thank you. Tanya Tent

I am very pleased. It definitely made my workout tougher. The video was helpful in learning exercises and how to use it although it could have been a longer workout with more exercises.
