It works.
This little heated ice scraper is very cool. No pun intended. I used it the other day and it heated up very quick and itreally melted that ice off of my windshield. Well worth the money. Get yourself one of these if you live whereit’s cold and your windshield gets frosted when it’s cold out. I give it 5 stars.

Disliked my windshield now has several circles scratches on it. Will probably needs to be replaced

Very tiny and not effective, stick to old school ice scrapers.
Not counting the fact you have to plug it into your car charger leaving a door cracked open why you scrape ice off, it does get hot very quickly but the Size is small and takes 3-4x as long as a $10 ice scraper from Walmart. I used it on a Toyota corolla I could not imagine using this on a SUV or truck you're gonna have to transform into Shaquille O'Neal to get the reach you're looking for.

You really need to make sure you can actually get into your car to get and use, Otherwise you are stuck. If you can get into car and get it plugged in it ru s like a champ.

For the person who doesn’t like to scrape ice!
I had one of these before but I was scared about buying it again because of bad reviews.Having said that, I love this ice scraper. I get in and turn my car on defrost, plug the scrapper in my cigarette lighter, and by the time I get out to my window, it scrapes the top layer of the ice and melts the next layer. I suppose if the ice was crazy thick it may take a little longer, but not as long as a scraper without a heating element. I am well pleased.

This is the worst advertised item ever, I will not get this for anyone nor recommend it. Does not fulfill or hold up to expectations.

Scratched my windshield
I thought this would be a perfect Christmas gift, so I bought one for myself and another as a Secret Santa gift. I used it this morning. Two things: The heat wasn't very noticeable at first, but the scraper worked well.This afternoon when I was driving home, I noticed SEVERAL scratches on my windshield. I only used the scraper on one side of my windshield, so I know the scratches were from using this product. Since the scratches are right in my line of sight, I have to replace the windshield.
