Good customer service
good quality. Lot is parts to Montessori materials and when a piece was missing, they sent it immediately. Customer service is everything with on line buys.

Haven’t had a chance to really play with this yet but just going off first impressions, it’s a great product. Seems durable and am excited to use it. The only thing is when it arrived, one of the boxes was already broken (as shown in the picture). Otherwise, very happy with my purchase!

All trays were broken
Extremely disappointed! All the trays in the kit were chipped and broken. I ordered these twice hopping the first time was a mistake but I got literally the same kit both times and the second time it was in worst condition then the first.

Like it
While it is more lightweight than I expected, I'm optimistic that we'll get some good years of use out of the set. The beads from ones to thousands are all fairly lightweight plastic, but the containers are durable wood. We also like the weight of the numeric cards.

The wooden trays are poor quality
The beaded materials are fine, but the wooden trays are poorly made. The bottoms fell out upon opening the package!

I received the same lesson twice. I returned the first one due to damages and I will be returning the replacement for the same reason. I do not recommend
