Though the legs are a bit longer than a speedo square-leg, they ride up a little as you move--without bunching--and give the freedom of movement you want. They're also a little higher in the waist, so they won't slip down in the back and show that embarrassing crack. Snug without binding. I wish it didn't have the brand name so big on the side, but that's about the only fault I can find. The price is certainly right.We'll see how long it takes for them to lose their shape, as most similar trunks do. So far very good.

A friend talked me into doing a swim class at university together, and I used this suite all semester. I'm not a swimmer-swimmer, but after using it I would recommend it again! It saved me from having to get a speedo. One thing I was worried about going into the class was how revealing men's functional swimwear can be, but this is tight enough to work without feeling like you're on display. The black color helps with that as well. It's the only professional swimsuit I've tried, though, so definitely read up on more if you're like, on a swim team or something.

I swim twice a week in these. For the first 6 months, they fit really snug. Then they lost all elasticity. Now they are baggy and loose. The fabric is thinning and all stretched out. Happens to all swimming trunks in chlorine.

My 2nd pair. 1st pair was purchased 2 years ago and my only lap swimming trunks. I bought this 2nd pair.Good fit, good construction, and I rinse after every swim to wash out chlorine. A good buy! Now I have 2 pair.

These swim shorts are shorter than board shorts swim suit. More sun tan.Very comfortable and have a double layer of fabric. They look good and don't show as much as a single layer of lucrative.Fast dry, perfect for traveling light.

What was black, is now dingy gray, what was tight and form fitting is now saggy and dragging, it's like as I get in better shape, it gets older faster.I've been swimming in it 5 days a week for 4 months, and now, it may as well have pockets and it acts like a drag chute. I have my old suit - which was black and is still black, it didn't lose it's shape, but it had pockets and wasn't form fitting. I'm not in love with this suit anymore- going to look for something from another brand. It should last longer than it did.

Great buy great fit

Ok for the price. True to size. 6’ 1” 200lbs and I wear a medium in most underwear, borderline large. Ordered large for this swimsuit and it worked out well. Probably could have ordered medium and still have been fine.
