We bought these phones for my Mother in law, she is very hard of hearing and also does not have great eyesight. She seems happy with them

Great product came ahead of delivery date

Total rubbish, cheap plastic, a ringtone that a person with normal hearing would struggle to hear. I had to buy a separate amplifier from another source so I could hear it. A tinny sound from the receiver just added to the list of reasons not to buy. Avoid this absolutely crap phone.

Doesn't seem louder and phones don't sync numbers across handsets. Not as intuiative as former Panasonic model and not seeing improvement with sound

These were bought for someone else who felt that they were very flimsy and the sound was tinny. She didn't like them at all. I did wonder if the ring tone was loud enough to hear around the house.

Mother in law

Bought for my father who is hard of hearing after lots of research but after 2 months no evidence that he can hear any better than on a standard phone. Instructions not helpful either and none of settings intuitive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fairly simple to use and set up. We didn’t find the sounds quality particularly great. For even a person with good hearing, the sound is quite quiet and the booster increases is but also increases white noise so overall sound is not much better .Easy to add names to address book but as shame this needs repeating on each handset
