Wow. We didn't expect that our very elderly indoor-outdoor Tom cat would lose his bladder control like this so quickly. It's not his fault... but all of a sudden we smelled the most horrible smells coming out of our living room; it turned out that he had been peeing at random all over our living room hardwood floors for days. We mopped it all up when we realized the problem, but that didn't get rid of the smell and he kept having mistakes.Fast-forward to the solution: this Biokleen product finally erased the terrible lingering smells after we mopped and let the floor dry. After the floor was dry we just squirted this Biokleen over the floor, it literally erased the smell entirely so he didn't go there anymore. Then he lost his bladder in the dining room... but then we knew what to do. Mop, let the floor dry, then squirt Biokleen where he'd gone before.He's being treated for severe UTI and now spends most days outside. He is so old that we don't think he'll be around for much longer... but I must say Biokleen has really helped us during this agonizing time while he fades away from us. I'll keep Biokleen on hand for the rest of my life, it's the only product that has really helped not just with this situation, but also in our own bathroom.

My 7 month old son was freshly out of the bath and we had guest arriving any minute. Unfortunately before I could get a diaper on him, he had a poop explosion on our white carpet! I tried Dawn and water, a variety of carpet cleaners from walmart and there was still a bright yellow/green stain on our carpets. So gross. Not the end of the world, but you know...you don't just replace carpet frequently. While lamenting to my mom she suggested I try this product. I was a admittedly a little hesitant because it came in a two pack and was $20. I had already had so many other products fail me, but desperate times call for desperate measures. So I ordered BioKleen and boy am I glad I did! Now you would never know there was a poop explosion! Incredible product! Do yourself a favor and keep one of these on hand if you have kids or pets! This worked great on poop...even 5 days post-explosion!

I've been using this product, "Bac-Out" for 20 years, and have never even tried any other brand. This natural product removes odors and stains so well! I use it on my clothing, upholstery, rugs, etc. It cleans up my cat's hairballs/vomit (ick!). Just last weekend it cleaned out a large wine stain on my favorite shirt! Spray Bac-Out on stains as soon as possible. Let it soak in for 10 minutes, then launder, or soak and wash in sink with detergent.

The first time I ordered this product someone took the time to tape the flip cap down so it would not leak. It still did because it's a screw off cap. The second time I ordered the product the order was sent back from delivery, so I assume the product spilled everywhere. The third time I ordered the product the two 32 oz items were in a plastic semi-shrink wrap but the caps where loose and not taped so both leaked. So,... fantastic product. The manufacturer needs to properly seal the bottle before screwing on the cap and then also tape the cap down because it isn't a super snap/click type of cap. If you can get it in all 32 oz not damaged or spilled, go for it. It's a great product, but the packaging does not lend itself to being shipped.

Cleans up stains and took away oder. I highly recommend trying this first!

Rented a new apartment and the carpet smelled like cat urine, BUT NOT NO MORE! after a Recommendation to use this and read my new home of the awful smell, and help reduce my child's allergies, I will never use another product other the. this one!

I used this on an area on my carpet. It smells nice. But unfortunately, did not help with the odor.

We had a dog years ago unfortunately he was trained to pee on towels when he was a puppy. Big mistake!!!! Bac-Out saved us. I tried many brands with no success. Someone recommended it and we haven’t used anything else. Works on pee (human to gets smell out of mattresses, vomit (human too), spills when you’re worried about stains. I mud some with a bit of water and use that for quick uses. We go full power when there’s trouble. I love that it’s natural, definitely highly recommended!!!
