Chill-Its 6605 High-Performance Headband

After reading all the reviews, I decided to buy one and, then I found out the headband is too tight for a size Small adult head...

I use this when running to minimize the sweat getting in my eyes. It works OK. It is thinner than I expected but it absorbs quite a bit of liquid. I like the fit, it is tight enough on my head without squeezing so hard I have a headache at the end of my workout.

This is just what I was looking for. I sweat a lot when I am working. This has helped to keep the sweat out of my eyes. I rinse it with cold water and it helps keep me cool too. Just let it air dry overnight and it's good to go the next day. Keeps me from wiping my brow on my sleeves all day long.

I bought this headband for my husband, who works out doors on our cattle ranch. He says it is comfortable enough and does catch to sweat. As far as a cooling headband, he said not really. It has a stretchy part at the back that helps to fit any head size.

Headband doesn't fit tight because there is only a small amount of elastic band in the back. The rest of the band is not flexible. While it does fit my head ( I wear a 7 1/4 hat ), it moves when exercising and I find myself adjusting it back into place several times. Regular headbands with elastic all the way around stay put and do not have this problem.

I used this headband to meet the party dress request that called for all white attire with a "touch of camouflage" to honor our service members. The headband fit perfectly as a hat band on an all white fedora hat.

Thin and cheap. Would not buy again. Elastic only in one section about 3”. Will not absorb much sweat.

Probably ok for light duty. Not really high performance. Stick with a chamois for wicking, absorption and cooling.

Used it for high intensity activities in summer. No more sweat in eyes while chopping trees and chopping wood! I love it.
