Kimpex Deluxe Cargo Box

I really like the cargo box but the 2 latches to secure the lid didn’t last through my first, about 100 miles. The latch pieces are held on with small rivets that can’t handle the vibration that comes with riding off road. The rivets worked loose and the top latch pieces fell off so I will just have to get new ones and secure a bit better than manufacture.

Perfect fit for a 2021 Kymco 450i. Seat easily releases with this Vargo box.

Latch’s are cheap and rattle

More of a review for the seller and Kimpex than the box. After a couple of ATV trips in the mountains the rivets holding the top of the latches in place broke off and I lost the latches and had to finish my trip holding the lid closed with bungee cords. I messaged the seller and got a quick response and had new latches shipped to me within the day. I'll be reinstalling them using nuts and bolts instead of rivets.The box itself is a great size. My helmet fits easily when not in use, and I can fit my chainsaw inside when my helmet is out of the box. I rode through some pretty wet weather and had no issues with moisture inside the box, its comfortable to lean back against and exactly when I needed. Big shout out to both the seller and Kimpex for taking care of this quickly.

Great cargo box lots of room. Easy to install, no movement on rack. It doesn't have a water tight seal between the lid and box. So I used 1"x3/16" weather stripping and it has bin dry on the inside so far. Would buy again!
