GREAT BOOK SERIES!
I like post-apocalyptic books and movies. The Bunker series books are very easy to rear and to follow.

This is the fourth and final Book in the Bunker 12 Book Series The Flense
Okay I'm not sure what to make of this series I'm thinking that I need to read the prequel to understand what's actually happening in this series . Because I don't know what to make of that ending I guess it's suppose to be a shocking twist but to me it fell flat . I had an actual WTF moment and not in a good way this series has four volumes and two companion Book Series about the Flense . And nothing was explained at all not that I could follow and that ending was stupid what was that Aliens a being from a different dimension . And as far as the characters the only one I truly like was Eddie everyone else was annoying . Would I read the other series I highly doubt it .

The End, done well.
Excellent conclusion to the series. I think I like this book the best, although it's a close call between this one and the first book. Having finished the series, I can now say that I thought some of the middle two books got a bit muddled. But in the end, all the characters are accounted for, one way or another, and all the plot elements are resolved. It's a satisfying ending that leaves the characters with hope for their future.

Love and Hate
I simultaneously loved and hated this series. It was very well written and as original as a post-apocalypse can be these days. A few times it had me reading past bedtime because I had to know what happened next.Unfortunately, one thing grated on me through the entire series. That was the total lack of respect for any female characters. There was not one single strong female character. All the women did was stand behind the men wringing their hands in worry and fear.I can only give a 3star rating because of this when it easily could have been a 5.All said, I would recommend these books to any fan of the apocalypse.

I want more
It's the final book, or is it? I may have to buy the companion series to learn more about the flense

Well . . .
. . . the first book is decent. The second book is probably the best. The third book is kind of repetitive and forgettable. The fourth book would've been acceptable but - if this is the end of the series - many, many things are left unresolved. What's the point of ending the series without concluding the story? I also got really tired of most of the characters by the fourth book, especially Bix. The whole series is a little too YA for my taste. Maybe the author will continue the story at some point and tie the loose ends. As it stands, the series is an OK passing-the-time read but the ending is frustrating and kind of an insult to the audience. There are better series to read, though.

HMMMM
I absolutely loved this book, it was extremely easy to read and I couldn’t put it down. The ending at me till the very last page, but when I got to the last page I wasn’t quite sure how to feel about it. It did make me want to read some of his other work that over laps with this concept, I’m not confused by the ending. It just wasn’t what I expected, but bad, just not what I expected.

Good!
Note: for those who complained about the ending, you should have read the omnibus, instead. There are those 4 books, 4 more about a prequel and a lot of really short novels that explained some details that are missing in this series. And I'm pretty sure the author will write some more, as there is room for another new arc.

Good up until the end
Good all the way through but nothing made sense at the end. I would have expected the twins to have found their sister. Slightly disappointed.

Why did I continue reading this?
Just finished the series, within these books there is a good story but 'salt and pepper' does not know how to tell it hence the three stars. Annoying red herrings abound and populated by whining self pitying characters. On a whim, characters will become bad/ good, then good/bad for no discernable reason, stuck with it hoping it would all make beautiful sense in the end. Nope, last chapters are pure comedy storytelling.
