I a grown man but i have trouble swallowing large pills, so when I saw the size of the adult ProOmega pills, i knew i would never be able to get them down. I found these smaller size pills and I am able to swallow them with no problems.Pills have pretty much no taste and are squishy enough to swallow without gagging.I was told to take these pills because i have dry eye and they would help with my eye health, i will see in a few months what the doctor tells me about my eyes and if these are working.

I refuse to give my son prescribed meds for behavior. I give him this alongside magnesium to help him be calmer and relax. It helps well especially during school hours. I do notice the difference when he doesn’t have his supplements during the weekend for example. It’s better he takes them every day lol.

It's still too early to say so I will update this review a few months after school starts. We bought this for the high DHA which is thought to help children with concentration. My daughter lacks focus and I was getting worried about it as she enters the first grade soon. She seems to have trouble paying attention especially when outside stimuli is present and doesn't actually look at you when you are speaking directly to her. I told her these were just extra vitamins since she is such a picky eater and left it at that.The one negative...they do NOT taste good. Nor are they really gummy or chewable. I was prepared for this though and gave her the option (after letting her first experience the taste) of simply swallowing a spoonful of apple sauce with a pill in it. She did it successfully on the first try. My child doesn't take to new things but after tasting it she agreed and it has been a breeze using the apple sauce since day one.First observations. A few days in I was talking to her and she was paying attention to me. I remarked that she seemed to be more focused on what I was saying and she told me "my eyes seem much calmer mom. They don't move around so much and they stay still." I was speechless. It had only been a few days and she had no idea why she was taking it. It's been about two weeks now and I swear she is making so much more direct eye contact with me. I'm watching her while she talks and tells stories and all of the sudden she is actually focusing on me while talking and not the entire room. I'm curious to see how she does in first grade. I'm going to continue this brand for a while and see if things continue to progress.

Four of these per day has helped reduce ADHD symptoms. I am reordering.At this therapeutic dose- we do notice some fish oder from the skin and hair. Has anyone else noticed that? We may refuse dosage to see if that helps.

My oldest daughter likes these better than the full size lemon ones. She can swallow them better, and they don't seem to give her a fishy aftertaste/indigestion. They are good if your little ones can't swallow horse pills yet. Nice size and flavor.

They smell really good and the kids don't complain. I have an 8 and 10 year old so they're able to swallow it pretty easily. I don't know if it would go as well if they chewed it though.

Got these for my son who needed a fish oil supplement. The only downside is that he has to swallow them instead of chewing-he said it still tastes really fishy if you chew them. They are not too big though so it's pretty easy for him to swallow and he's 10.

Don’t have any trouble giving my little one these. Has a good taste.
