First one arrived damaged, but replacement is perfect!
Received the first one and it had been completely damaged. The entire left side wooden rail had been ripped from the nails/screws that kept it in place. Returned the first one and was pretty apprehensive waiting for the replacement. Arrived in great condition. Holds everything I need it for. Kind of disappointed that this shelving is massive compared to my previous set up and it shows just how many oils I really do have, I thought I would have more room...LOL. All in all, customer service was great, product is solid, and it's apparent that it holds a lot. If you're an oily gal like me, YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE!

Minimalist Aesthetic
Looked at tons of wall racks before deciding on these. Glad I went with these ones over acrylic shelves. Love the modern minimalist aesthetic these have. One screw was missing on the side that attaches to the decorative wood panels, but I had a small screw that fit, and it was simple fix. Another screw was loose, but again, easy fix. They come with mounting hardware (yellow anchor and screw shown), but I recommend buying the βGatorβ type anchors that support up to 75 pounds per screw. Each rack will hold 114 Zoya size bottles, or 102 OPI/Orly size bottles. Definitely worth the money.

Could not use
Had to send this back right away. It was damaged and unusable. It was also delivered to the wrong door. Very disappointed

Surprisingly Sturdy, Simple and Stylish
I am a collector of small perfumes, perfume oils, essential oils, and other fragrant things, and was looking for a way to display them in a small walk in closet I use mostly for keeping enough fragrances to stun an elephant. Most of the shelving units I saw at places like Marshall's or TJ Maxx, or even online, were pretty lackluster in terms of storage, as well as had very open plans that meant small bottles could escape pretty easily, and were overall pretty wimpy - the tray being particleboard or balsa wood. I saw this and thought, installing two above each other may be a good idea. I'm very happy with the end result. The items came in a pretty well packaged box, with four screws and four wall anchors - I did not have to use those - they are very heavy and it was a bit tough for me to assemble (I'm a 160 lb guy, and I lift, so it wasn't too hard for me to smush it up against the wall while using a screwdriver, but you may want help). The actual frame has nice wood accents but the main frame itself is solid metal and all the anchor points to the wall are the metal frame. The wood attaches with smaller side screws. One of mine came with one loose that I found in the box but it was easy to retighten. The wood itself is not part of the strength of the wall. After installing the four contact points with the narrow long screws, the entire shelf is very firmly against the wall. I had to kind of push over the bottom to straighten it as I tightened for one of the two (the top) but it easily stayed in place once I jimmied it over (again, helpful to have two people!). As was mentioned in another review, you'll want a phillips screwdriver with a very thin shank, since there isn't much clearance to the side of the screw hole that you need to go straight forwards into - and there's a bar right above it. Other than that, installation was a breeze.Onto function, this will fit small standard 5 mL perfume oil bottles side by side and also in front. I collect "Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab" oils and their smalls stack by two. Anything larger such as 15 mL essential oil bottles may not stack front and back, but they will probably fit side to side. I had trouble with spray bottles. Vertical clearance is also a bit tough - I could fit Demeter and Pacifica sprays in the 'in between' rows but even the not so huge CSPs on top needed more room than the standard spacing. That being said - it is frickin' awesome for what I "needed" it for (pretending I'm not a hoarder by organizing things, hah hah!). I give it five stars. I guess... they wanted a thiccness rating but it is pretty lightweight, but functional, so it's sturdy once installed.

Came broken
The product arrived broken upon delivery, with the bottom shelf not welded to the side leaving it hanging from one point. I applied super glue and left it over night to set. It is now fixed and I am happy with the shelf itself. I am not happy with receiving a broken product, and would advise others to avoid.
