Waist sizing fine, but design is terrible. Cut like women’s underwear there is no pouch at all. Larger or smaller size wouldn’t change that these are not designed for anyone with external parts.

Great for minimizing the tan lines and you need to be a brave person to wear it. It's relatively thin in material with no liner, but fits well. Recommend ordering one size up; I typically wear US medium and had to order a large. The large fits perfectly.

This is the second pair I've purchased for my hubby, it was somewhat small. It was the same size as the last time, he hasn't gained any weight. Its tight around the legs and in the "package" department. lol
