Extremely good spinach dip
This is so easy to make whenever you need dip. Just put two cups of sour cream in a bowl and whisk this into it, then refrigerate it. It takes about two minutes to prepare.

Its a fine powder
Tried it but didn't like it. I sought out a substitute for the Knors dried vegetable soup dip mix. But this was a very fine ground powder. There was no dried spinach in it and the flavor was a bit gross once mixed with the sour cream. Not very appetizing sadly.
