It lacks options for picture transition and you can’t just drop in and move photos from and SD card; you have to either leave the card in or transfer via phone app or email.The display quality is ok. Wishing I went for one that was battery powered.

I got this frame because I love how it fills in the blank space with blurry padding instead of just black bars. Initial setup was relatively easy despite some details that would have been helpful. It’s clear that the instructions are a translation, but overall not bad. Still pretty detailed. However, it only takes a USB 2.0 which isn’t surprising, so don’t be surprised to plug in a 3.1 and nothing is there. So then you go to plug in a 2.0, and the stick doesn’t fit in the area they’ve designated for data transfer. I can appreciate that they designed it to be low profile to avoid the stick jutting out the back of the frame, but I can’t plug in my flash drive lol. I am going to try a micro USB instead so we’ll see how that goes. Oh and also the cord that was supplied is damaged.But once you get past all that, the frame is a delight. It’s simple to send a couple pictures via the app, but max is 9 at a time, so don’t plan on a mass upload. The touch screen makes it super easy to use. I love it so much!! I can’t wait to get one for my in-laws for Christmas and send them pictures of their first grandbaby right after I take them! I can see them sitting in front of this thing for hours waiting for me to send more 😂

Purchased this for 85-year old mother to enjoy photos as we upload them remotely. I was drawn to the feature that this frame would support video as well as still photos.My overall review:1. If you remove power and plug back in the unit reboots obviously, but it starts at a menu. It SHOULD default just start playing the slide show. Instead the user must navigate a menu, with very small icon buttons (hard for seniors to see). One must press at least two buttons to begin slide show. Again, too complex, and it should just start with the show.2. It will upload and play video BUT you must exit the still photo slide show and work through a menu, selecting video, find the video in a gallery, then push play. This product SHOULD have allowed video and stills to play randomly as a basic slide show. Above process makes this too complex.3. Overall quality of this is marginal. From cheap plastic frame (meaning thin and very likely to break if this should fall) to marginal quality playback of images and video. It's a much less stylish frame than her previous one (non-wif-fi, thus the upgrade). It just looks and feels cheap sitting on the end-table. Her older version had a nice matte texture and two-tone colors to feel much more like a framed photo.Overall: It works, but I regret the purchase for the reasons given.

The photo quality is decent for this frame. What is lacking is the customer support. You have three options for uploading pictures. (1) through the use of an app. The app is easy to download to your phone. The app loads some photos into it randomly while not loading others. If you are fine with randomly choosing a few photos, this is great. (2) emailing photos. This is pretty much lacking. The set up instructions did not set up emails to properly send photos to the frame. Attempts to email for customer support were never replied to by the company. (3) USB from your computer. I haven't tried this yet, but I really hope it works because that is really my only option at this point for getting the photos I really want on the frame.When I ordered this, the description said it would work with any SD card. Great! With only an internal 32 GB, this was important to me. Upon receiving the frame, the paperwork says it can only support up to a 32GB SD card.This will go on sale for any Prime Day sales. The lightning sale price will be the same price as it normally is. They just jack up the regular price before the sale. Don't feel rushed to buy this. Shop around.

This frame has exceeded expectations! We really wanted a internet connected frame for my mother-in-law so that her frame could be continually updated by all of the siblings, especially with pictures of the grandkids.We wanted:1) high-definition, larger sized frame that could be easily seen2) WiFi enabled frame that could be connected and never touched again by the local user (MiL)3) ability for multiple users to easily and quickly add photosThis frame meets all of the above!The frame is a great size and has wonderful resolution for a clear picture. The app was easy to install and photos are easy to send to the frame. They appear very quickly after sending. The settings are completely customizable as well. Works best with horizontal photos.
