Easy to Follow
I like that the book is so easy to follow and VERY informative. It has remarks throughout the book from people who are already on the Wheat Free diet. This is helpful to know how the diet is affecting them. All in all they gave very positive feedback. There are recipes too. Dr. Davis is very informative and explains everything in detail.

This book came at the right time for me. Terrific.
This book is what I needed. I read dr. Davis' book wheat belly, six years ago. I knew it to be true. I wasn't ready. I couldn't give up wheat - cake, pie, bread etc. It has taken me years to get ready mentally. When I saw this book I knew I could do it. I've just finished the ten day detox and feel fabulous. No more acid reflux, lost pounds, have more energy and it's only been ten days. I wonder what six months will feel like. :)

A great read
I'm very glad I read this book and I followed the detox exactly as the author prescribed it.The pros:-I feel great, my sleep has improved and my clothes are looser fitting after the 10 days-After only the third day, I started getting a lot of complements on my skin tone. Coworkers were inquiring if I had been on vacation.-No digestive upset-I never felt deprived or like I was missing out on anything and I didn't want to cheat once because I never wanted for anything else.-All of the meals are very fillingThe cons:-A significant amount of time and commitment is required to make all the meals as the author outlines them. I had someone at home slaving away all day to make these meals for me, and I have no idea how a single person could handle all of it while working full time. They would either have to batch cook on Sunday's or stay a day ahead and spend their evenings cooking.-The recipes were really hit and miss. The cream of broccoli soup and focaccia bread were really flavorful but the meatloaf and meatballs were absolutely bland and tasteless.In conclusion, I will continue to follow the 10 day detox guidelines for eating for the rest of my life, and feel good doing it.
