Q: can I order more shelves?

I ordered an extra shelf and tension pole, so I'm guessing you might be able to get just a shelf. I contacted ALLZONE'S customer service via email, and they responded very promptly.

Q: Are the poles adjustable? I ordered this for my daughter and she tells me it is too tall for her bathroom ceiling.

Yes, it is adjustable to a standard ceiling. There are two extension poles that are included that are on the main poles. Simply remove the extensions and the organizer will fit a standard ceiling. Initially, we had the same problem until we realized the extension poles were in the main poles. We like the product. Simple and is very sturdy.

Q: How much weight can reach shelf hold?

Dear Melony, It can hold 22lb each shelf. This shelf can extend from 20-33'', if you just adjust the shelf around 25‘’, it can hold more than 22lb, like 33lb. It can hold much more weight if you adjust the shelf shorter and less weight for longer size. Hope this helps, thank you

Q: If I order 2 sets, can I use 3 poles (1 in corner) to support 2 shelves on each wall of a corner -- offsetting shelf heights to avoid interference?

Yes sure you can order 2 sets and use 3 poles with 4 shelves. You can use 1 pole in order or in paralle. That's correct you need offsetting shelf heights to avoid interference. Thank you
