Love the design, love the sections, very useful. But immediately after receiving it I found out it could not be cleaned easily. Especially if you want to put cheese, sauce, or cakes in it. So try only use it with dry and easy-to clean food

The narrow points are difficult to get residual food out of. The ridges have very sharp bottoms which also make getting food residue out of the edge difficult. They indicate they are not dishwasher safe so that leaves you with using a brush to get into the hard to reach areas. I’ve gone ahead and put them in the dishwasher but I don’t use the dry cycle. So far acceptable results but I don’t expect the wood to stand up to the dishwasher. When it fails - Oh well. Meanwhile, enjoy the look - bamboo is pretty.

Nice quality, but too small, not deep enough. Good for a child or serving little stuff.
