These noticeably decreased my seasonal allergy issues. Much lower incidence of wet/itching inside the ears, sneezing, congestion, watery eyes. I don’t get sick very often so I can’t say much else for immune boost but it’s definitely helped with allergies and I feel good. These do not have a strong vitamin taste so they’re easy to take and they’re a standard gelatin capsule size. They do not give me vitamin/supplement burps. I always try to keep elderberry on hand in my home to help with immunity. I find that it's been helpful for when I feel like I'm starting to get a cold. I love this product because it offers the benefits of elderberry along with vitamin c, zinc, and other great vitamins.I take this daily and love it.

This has all the right stuff for boosting immunity. My only complaint is that the capsules are larger than they need to be--there is empty space inside the capsules.That aside, you get lots of good stuff to keep you healthy.

Do these do any good? I have no idea but I don't see anything in them that could harm you. I won't be taking two a day though. One giant capsule is my limit. Wish they came in gummies or I could hire someone to take them for me.

Now more than ever its important to keep a healthy immune system. Elderberry does the trick for my household. Its easy swallow pills you can add in with your other daily vitamins as needed. I can feel the boost.

These are okay but you can definitely taste the garlic.
