Had to reorder the item because the first didn't work. These things happen though. Proxelle was very helpful in resolving the situation and the new item is terrific, everything they said it would be.

Used at the pool for a week and now the bass sounds horrible...like its worn out. Wasn't as loud as I had hoped. The Bluetooth worked fine, never lost connection.

A gift to my daughter who lived the fact that it is waterproof. They will take it to the pool.

I was so excited to get this speaker. It is awesome. My family and I love to camp and I wanted something I could take with us to play music easily and did not need charged all the time. The best part is that on a full charge this speaker has 25 hours of music playing time. You cant find too many good Bluetooth speakers with that much playing time without being charged.What I liked about this speaker...* The design is very appealing. It is made of a rubber type material that will not slip on surfaces and is water proof making it perfect to use around the pool or next to the sink when you are doing dishes. The handle is also a great feature to carry. And I also like how it has a light inside the speaker that blinks every few seconds. Its a great reminder that it is still on and it just looks cool at night.* It was super easy to connect to with my IPhone. Not to mention that when I got the speaker it was already charged. I had music playing within 3 min of receiving my package.* I also love that you can charge two devices with this speaker. I love this feature especially for camp. I can plug my phone in to charge right on this speaker and I don't have to plug it into my vehicle and I can still play music from it.* The sound quality is "okay". I say this because I have heard better but for a 12 hours of music playing I have just fine with the sound quality. I also felt that it did not get "really loud." It is definitely loud enough for average every day use but I was surprised it did not go louder.* On the back of the speaker where you charge it there is a light to indicate if it is charged or not and I felt that is was hard to see and find at first. It is set in and I had to cup my hands over it in order to see the light.* Lastly it is pretty cool that the speaker talks to you. "Power on" "Connected" "Power off"All in all I would highly recommend this speaker. I am extremely satisfied with it. I use it so much around the house, at the pool, and at camp.I received this for free or at a reduced price for my honest opinion.

Great durable speaker. This is my 2nd speaker from this company, and they make great speakers. This speaker has 2 charging ports for any USB enabled device. The speaker connects super easily to any bluetooth enabled devices. It has voice commands that let you know when it's connected and when it's not. The speaker is wrapped of durable rubber like material, that makes it very well protected. There's a flashlight/strobe light that flickers when connected. It comes with a charging cord and an auxiliary cord. The only thing is I wish it was a little bit louder. I guess with a speaker this size I was expecting more volume but it still produces a good volume. I received this product for a discount in exchange for my unbiased review.

I was pleased with the Surge Power By Proxelle - Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with Built-In Powerbank Plus 2 USB Ports. The initial paring was very easy and fast. I have had several Bluetooth speakers in the past, this speaker is made of durable material, has a collapsible handle and loud. The light that constantly blinks inside the base when the speaker is on is very annoying, some may like it – but in a dark room a constant blinking light is very irritating. I was impressed with the battery life. I charged it when received it and a week later it was still working. There isn’t a battery indicator so I do not know how much battery is left. Other Bluetooth speakers I have owned had apps that would tell you the battery level. I did discover the plus and minus buttons can be used to go forward and back when you are listening to music. I was disappointed the USB charge ports are not fast charging ports but they do work. My first Bluetooth speaker with charging ports.
