Great product
Love these wraps, keep one in my first aid kit all the time. Having daughters who play football means it’s an essential.Really easy to use, the wraps stay cold for a long time and the self adhesion makes it so efficient.

Use only once, but very effective
Great to have in your first aid kit.Obviously a reusable item would be far more economical for long term injuries, but for having in your rucksack on a hike or in your sports bag this is perfect.Lightweight and offers instant relief. Works perfectly but quite an expensive option if you are using this daily. The clips provided are perfect for securing it.

Not that effective and more expensive than some other places
This review is for the Masterplast Instant Relief Ice Wrap Cold Bandage, 3.2M X 10Cm (1 Count (Pack of 1)£3.66 (was £4.00) at the time of reviewThis is a single use bandage for treating areas where you have hurt it by reducing swelling and inflammation caused by injuries. You also need to elevate the injured limb, for example, as soon as possible to help reduce the swelling and damage. The bandage is flexible and slightly wet when first used. You wind it around the injured area (they suggest not around the chest due to potential cardiac problems), quite tightly and not to overlap the windings too much so to allow the moisture of the bandage to evaporate. It is the evaporation of the chemicals that leads to the cold effect on your skin. And that’s the main stumbling block for me because once the moisture has evaporated, all you’re left with is a flexible bandage that doesn’t really offer that much support as a bandage. I think this is a lot of money to be spent on a just-in-case item that can be used once only, and which can also be bought for much less money elsewhere. You could equally just use an ice pack or ice block held in place with a towel.Did it work for me? Not really since I didn’t notice any real difference to my Achilles tendon which I injured paying badminton. It felt cold, and it really soaked into my trouser leg around the ankle, but other than that, I couldn’t feel any real benefit. In theory, this should work, and the little metal clips worked well to hold the bandage in place, but I could equally as well have used an ice pack and a towel.3 stars from me and I don’t really know that I can recommend it, especially given the price.

Perfect
Surprisingly this was going to be used in a first aid kit, however, was used much sooner after receiving it. My wife ended up spraying her wrist and this was perfect in giving her support and reducing swelling. It cools the area effectively wellWould reccomend
