I couldn't be happier with the performance of this electric grill and that's why I'm recommending it.Initially, I was looking for a large frying pan big enough to cater for a family 'Ulster fry' but came across this grill. Now, I can cook all the food at the same time and have it all ready simultaneously.The grill and the hotpot work independently from each other and each have their own thermostatic knobs where you can control how hot they get. I like how the hotpot can be kept warm for long periods.The grill tray is ribbed meaning it's a little healthier keeping more fat from the food. It is very quick to heat and the thermostat functions are effective. Heat dissapation is very good in my opinion and it is non stick.After use, it's very easy to clean under the tap after it's cooled of course.Everything I have cooked on it so far has turned out beautifully and we're very happy with it. Good quality and nice value for money.

We have enjoyed hotpot with our Chinese friends and wanted to get one of our own. This one was a bit of a wild card entry to our list however we liked the dual thermostat feature and the fixed separator in the hotpot (dad likes it spicy!)The instructions are rubbish, reminded me of the 90s when buying from China, however the quality of the device is spot on. Thermostats should be kept low (between 1-2) and we had no problems.Washing under the sink needed care, but was not an issue.I would recommend this item.

Was really looking forward to receiving this hotpot/grill but when it arrived the box was damaged.It looked like it had been opened before, it wasn't even sealed.The non-stick grill had no protective covering so it could have been easily scratched or damaged by the appliances or during the journey.Although there was no visible damage, it definitely did not look like a new product. I don't want to use a second-hand product when I spent so much money and expected new and higher quality condition.Returning it before even trying it out.
