Very comfortable and greatly improve my hearing
These are very comfortable to wear. I almost walked into the shower with these on because I didn't even notice they were on. Having an extra set of batteries in the charger is very handy. First time I went outside I could not believe how many birds I had never heard before were singing.

Great value & excellent quality
I bought these for my 62 year old boyfriend. He's not very tech savvy but these are user friendly. These have taken away much of the anxiety/stigma that he had associated with hearing devices. This is a nicely designed product and reasonably priced. The quality is outstanding.

Sound Quality High, But Build Quality Low
After I lost my $6,000 hearing aids, I bought two of these Sound World Solutions CS50+ for about $600 total. The sound quality is good, actually better and much more adjustable than my old hearing aids. I like the customization set up that is available with the iPhone App's hearing test and individual left & right volume controls. I also like that the have different settings for Everyday, Restaurant and Entertainment. I have found that I like the Restaurant setting best for most of my day. Despite the problems I have had (below), I would reluctantly consider buying these again. These could be so much better. Unfortunately, the build quality, and fit are poor:One of my earpieces fell from my counter onto the floor and busted open. Even after using these for 5 months I still have fit problems with them falling out of my ears or being easily dislodged from my ears during the day. I rarely had this problem with my old, smaller hearing aids. The Bluetooth connection has a short range, maybe just 15-20 feet, to my iPhone and computer. The connections are not in stereo. That's right, I only get sound on one side from each device. The battery life is short. Daily charging is required. Two of the four batteries that came with my initial purchase failed to hold their charges and would not even last until lunch. The wall charger broke apart with the first use.Another issue is the iPhone app. The iPhone app will often default to the "Music Mode" where the only thing that can be adjusted is one slider for the volume. There is no apparent way to switch into or out of the music mode. Music Mode is not even mentioned in the limited instructions or videos. The sound quality and their support service are the reasons that my review was not lower. They were quick to replace the broken wall charger, the faulty batteries, and to repair the ear piece that broke apart. With the good sound quality and the customization, they have the basics of a good product. I hope that they will improve the build quality and the fit problems. Also, fix the app. If these addressed, they would easily surpass their competition and have a really great product.

Good Value for What They Are and Claim to Be
I have mild hearing loss, mostly in the upper frequencies. For about 10 years I wore Widex custom-molded in the ear hearing aids. Except for the short battery life, they worked well -- but they were expensive and, as older models, they had no connectivity. After losing the Widex instruments, I bought Philips behind the ear instruments from Costco three months ago. Although the price was good, I didn't like the proprietary connectivity restrictions and I didn't like the switch to a behind the ear type of instrument. Based on the review by Wirecutter, I decided to return the Philips instruments and try the SWS PSAPs. The connectivity with my phone (Pixel 5) is good and I like having abandoned the pretense of invisibility by wearing the SWS PSAPs prominently as if they're (largish) ear buds. They don't remedy my hearing nearly as wells as the Widex or Philips instruments, but they work well enough, especially for watching TV. I saw that there were a lot of complaints about the SWS PSAPs, but I suspect these were made either by people unfamiliar with hearing aids generally or, like me, people accustomed to professionally set up true hearing aids. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and I look forward to buying PSAPs in the future that have more and better features and better performance -- at a very affordable price compared to the hearing aids provided by all the franchises.

Solid hearing amplifier performs well
My expensive hearing aids are wearing out after only 3 years, though my hearing is about the same. I tried several amplifiers before the Sound World, and all had either performance or quality problems. I purchased two amplifiers and I'm hearing things I haven't heard for years. They comfortable, though they tend to slide out some. The sound quality is good. Noise suppression is not as good as my $5,000 hearing aids but it helps limit background noise. They included 4 batteries for the two units and one failed after a few days but is being replaced through a customer service contact. I don't know how they will hold up over the long run but they appear to be a very good buy.

A Wonderful Product At A Great Price
These amplifiers are the answer to my husband's quest for hearing aids. He could not tolerate traditional aids and both he and I were demoralized after several unsuccessful trials with different products. The first time he wore the Sound World amplifiers he could hear my footsteps and he remarked that I would no longer be able to sneak up on him. I no longer have to stand in front of him for him to understand what I am saying. Imagine that.Another important aspect of the amplifiers is excellent customer service. It is commendable that the representative who answers the call is the one who provides the needed assistance. For my husband, the amplifiers meet his needs. He does not mind wearing the earbuds although everyone may not like the appearance when compared to aids that fit into the ear canal.

Easy to wear, easy to operate, hearing is much better!
I bought a pair of these amplifiers and am hearing much better. Buttons are large enough so that tailoring one's hearing experience to the present situation is easy. They stay on well. Less than $10 worth of accessories (two rows of sparkly stick on jewels and pink covers for the wires) turned the somewhat utilitarian appearance into fashionable decorations!
