The meat is very firm. Not soggy. Great for a snail salad. Will order more

It arrived damaged
Can is dented to an extent that causes a health risk. It cannot be used.

Hmmm. Unusual but just sort of okay.
Never had conch before. I rather doubt that the canned sliced is representive of fresh, but unusual. Flavor? Not much, really. Some dinner guests found the texture objectionable. It did not pair very well with other seafoods , fresh and frozen. Gave it a shot.

Very high quality - DELICIOUS
Although it seems kind of expensive, I treated myself to a can of Geomar scungilli (conch), on a lark. The can arrived with more dents than a '75 LTD, and I wasn't sure what I'd gotten. I was frankly amazed at how fresh and sweet this scungilli was, with large pieces, to boot. Canned scungilli is often rubbery and overcooked. After tasting a piece plain, I used the rest for a seafood fra diavolo sauce. Even with lots of spice, and other seafood mixed in, this scungilli's flavor shone through with each bite. Hopefully, the price will come down a bit, but I will still buy again.

OK, but not great.
This is better than the Sanniti scungilli also sold on Amazon but not as good as the Lamonica. You pretty much get what you pay for. More small pieces here as opposed to consistent slices.

Good for snail salad. I've ordered 4 times and all cans were dented!
I'm guessing (because of the dented cans) these are seconds not good enough for the restaurant industry. I make my own snail salad with it and it is excellent. It is tender and good size chunks (not sliced). Rinse them off, add some thinly sliced celery, onions, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, olive oil & lots of vinegar, salt and pepper, let it marinate for a few days.
