I chose this tripod because it has a flexible gear head for my large format camera. I particularly like the handle, which allows for less shake when changing film holders and panning or rotating while composing. The clip style legs can be adjusted to different angles and lengths without much effort for shooting on even or uneven ground. While the tripod is light and easy to carry, it is sturdy and can hold a large maximum load. I have taken this tripod to busy, crowded cities and remote, quiet islands, and it has always been very adaptable to any situation. I have always gotten steady shots, even with a lot of traffic and people or in a strong wind. The materials are durable, even though I'm not sure the composition. Still, this holds heavy cameras well enough and is easy to adjust.Overall, this is an excellent tripod which can compete with more expensive and high end ones.

I was really surprised by this tripod - enough so that I had to write a review. As a freelance filmmaker, it’s hard to find a cost effective tripod that can actually do the job. But this tripod can! The tripod goes super high (most tripods are too short and don’t have enough range) and the tripod’s fluid head is smooth as butter. The tripod can hold a lot of weight too without feeling wobbly (my c200 is a heavy camera and it has no problem on this!) The quality of this tripod is something you’d expect from a $300+ tripod. I’m seriously impressed by this and can’t wait to use it on my freelance jobs and short films. Also the bonus hook on the underside of the tripod for an additional sandbag or personal bag is A DREAM. Zomei really thought of everything. If you’re needing a solid tripod and you’re on a budget... THIS IS THE ONE.

Excellent Product!! It looks, feels super solid! It is very steady and the level tool is very precise. It comes with a very handy bag made of a good quality material. The best part of it is the price, you are getting a lot for your buck!! 🤑. I highly recommend this product, I am very happy with it!

I have to say, I am surprised by the quality of this tripod. I was expecting something flimsy given the price. But this is comparable to the $80-$90 tripods I’ve seen in stores. It is definitely sturdy. If is not as light as the compact $100+ aluminum tripods but if you are going for lighter weight, use the monopod instead. I haven’t tried out the monopod but i like that it is kind of an added bonus for getting a tripod. The base plate for the camera is removable and easily reattached. This is a very useful feature. I can quickly remove the camera.

This tripod is so versatile and flexible to be used in a variety of settings. Can be used as a tripod or monopod. Comes with a carry case. All for an excellent price. Pretty sturdy and durable. Great buy for the price.

I purchased this tripod to replace my Zomei Q111, which was the previous model only because I lost a piece. This new version is taller which is great for me, it holds my heavy 24-70 very well, it feels sturdier. I also like the compact design of the monopod.

I am not a professional photographer but as an entrepreneur I need a good tripod for videos and pictures all the time. I have repeatedly purchased tripods with O rings knowing that they won’t last long. I finally decided to try an upgrade and this tripod is great! It is sturdy, well balanced and I can easily add lighting and sound attachments I wish I did this a long time ago.

This tripod isn't as light or compact as some, but for the price it's a winner. I was concerned when it arrived in a tattered, taped box - don't know if that happened in transit - but inside all was well. It is relatively sturdy even fully extended. Perfect for occasional use without spending a fortune.
