Updated review: the company reached out to me and offered me replacement cartridges. The new ones perform wonderfully. They responded quickly, so note that the are concerned about negative feedback and stand behind their product. I haven’t had the new ones installed long enough to judge longevity of ink supply, but I am pleased so far. I have a Brother printer that is fussy and these cartridges make my Brother print nicely again. Thanks to the replacement. Original review: These fit the machine, but the print quality overall is poor. They don’t last like the genuine Brother cartridges. The first week, the performance was great. I’ll not buy again.

Worked well in my printer, no problems at all. Shipping was quick as well.

The goal was to never run out of ink. So, the product appears to be what I need but I haven't tried it out yet to confirm that it's compatible with my printer. (Some ink simply doesn't work) A couple the cartridges are getting lower and it won't be long until I can actually try these out and make a solid determination.

These work as should. I have had no problem with these in my Brother's printer. Print quality is great. Great value for what you get. Will buy these every time. Very easy to install as well.

Of the three cartridges I tried out of the box I received, one barely worked for a few pages and the other two leaked all over after pulling off the "Pull" tab. The listing claims that starink has "Lifetime Customer Support 24/7 customer service will respond quickly" but there is not way to contact them except through Amazon. Eventually I got a partial refund (minus a "restocking fee") for my return, but no explanation for what was wrong with these.I'd recommend paying extra for the brand name cartridges if you don't want to risk damaging your printer and making a mess of your office.

Work well with my Brother printer. So much cheaper than buying the name brand.

The ink is just fine even if my copier exhibits a ? next to my ink level of each color. Seems to work fine though.

Worked like a charm!! Put in the cartridges and absolutely no problems. My previous cartridges from a totally different company were garbage. These worked perfectly. Thanks Amazon and the cartridge company!!
