Tree is nice but nowhere does it tell you what kind of batteries it takes. It takes 3 D batteries if anyone needs to know. Thanks! Tree has to be put in a corner or it falls over. Only decorated on one side. Don’t buy for price.

Disappointed in the quality of this table top tree.1. I have a 7' National Tree Company 'Feel Real' Pre-lit Artificial Christmas Tree. This tree does not look and feel like our large tree. It looks (when you look at the underside of each branch) and feels like plastic.2. It leans. The burlap of the base encloses what feels like a styrofoam ball whose bottom was not cut at 90 degrees to the center stalk of the tree. Thus it leans.3. Lighting is adequate but would look better with more LED bulbs.4. The 2 battery packs hang down from bottom of tree - but their cords are not long enough to allow the packs to rest on the table - the packs literally are hanging by their cords. I expect the life of the cords to be shortened as a result.

This tree actually has 2 battery packs not one.I received mine and only half was lit until I located the other battery pack.Takes 6 AA batteries total.Nice looking but needs to be weighted down outside - mine is in a container with 4 bricks holding it in place as it is next to my garage which gets gusty winds.If in a covered protected area you will be fine.
