Great Product, Great Fun, Stress-free Art Project
I bought the Arteza blush tones acrylic pour set to create the canvas pour in the photos. This is my second attempt at an acrylic pour. The first time I took ten (10) acrylic paint tubes, mixed the paint with Floetrol Flood and silicone in cups (one cup per color), let the cups sit 24 hours, and then tried to create “art” by pouring, scraping, and using the balloon technique. It did not work and the colors turned muddy; it was my first time ever attempting to “paint”. It was a lot of work and I waisted paint, time, and money. I wanted to give it another try, so I looked on Amazon and decided on Arteza acrylic pour paints. This time I squeezed the Arteza paints from the bottles into a cup from different angles and against the side of the cup, I built up the paint in several layers (instead of only four), and then I slowly poured the paint all over the canvas. I was judicious about the amount of paint I used on the canvas because I learned the first time that using too much paint can muddy the colors and inhibit the patterns from developing. I slowly moved the canvas up-and-down and side-to-side. I added more paint along the edges to cover the canvas, and a few drops throughout to add interest.I added two items that are not included with the set as an experiment- white pearl metallic paint, and I sprinkled crushed crystal magical mica on the top of the canvas (only shows when illuminated). When I finished, I also took some of the Arteza gold and used a paint brush to dab it on/draw squiggly lines.I’m only sharing my photos to encourage those of you who are “on the fence” about trying this product or trying something new/an acrylic pour. I’ve never done anything “artsy” and I was hesitant to show my creation, but a photo is the best demonstration of what can be done with the kit. This project was fun and easy and I’ll try it again. I hope you like my acrylic pour. The Arteza acrylic pour colors are beautiful, they dry smoothly, flow well across the canvas, keep their separate colors, create interesting patterns, clean up is a breeze, and it’s so convenient having everything pre-mixed. All you have to do is pour and create. The Arteza brand makes quality paints and I can’t wait to order more colors. Also, I contacted Arteza’s customer care via e-mail with a question and they were very responsive and friendly, and provided stellar support.Excuse the lengthy review. I definitely recommend this brand and product. Enjoy!

Great consistency and colours. Very easy to use- can’t wait to get more colours and use on bigger canvases. Recommended!

Its a shimmer effect paint
I miss read the information, I thought I was buying a sold silver colour paint, what it actual is, is an effects paint, so it gives a light sliver shimmer effect. which you can use over a paint to add a shimmer or you can use it direct but it is very light and hard to see when applied direct. It will work on stone and thankfully gave the effect I was originally looking for my project, its very liquid and smooth paint. but its not a sold sliver paint.

Excellent paints lots of fun
Great paints everything turned out beautiful. They are pretty expensive though. We did 14 canvases and 10 coaster tiles and pretty much used the entire box of paints. We had about 4 full bottles left.Edit to add we paid $117 and just a few weeks later they are now $250!!How?? Why?? What the!

Nice colors & great for beginners
The variety of colors are great and the consistency of the paint was perfect for pouring. It is a good kit for being new to this type of art. The only negative, which is minor, is the colors dry a bit darker than what you first see. Other than that, I highly recommend this if you are just starting out with acrylic pour art.
