I heard a lot about the pump failing quickly. I refrigerate mine after opening (so it thickens) and have experienced the same problem. Frustrating! Solution.....turn the bottle upside down and shake it back and forth to remove the settled white'ish oils from the bottom each time before dispensing. Works great consistently. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!And my two dogs no longer scratch constantly. Even better than the cost and a trip to the Vet!!

We got our rescue dog, Nina, six months ago when she was 14 months old. She’s a short-haired mix, and we noticed right away that she scratched a lot. No actual hot spots, but she seemed to have dry, flaking, itchy skin. I began giving her a couple of squirts a day of Grizzly Salmon Oil on her food, and that scratching went away almost entirely within a week. The Grizzly Salmon Oil also has mixed topherols as a preservative, while the Deluxe Naturals oil is nothing but oil, with no preservatives, which probably accounts for why the Deluxe Naturals has has slightly higher levels of DHA and EPA than the Grizzly Salmon OilDespite being pure fish oil, the Deluxe Naturals oil has no strong smell. The lack of preservatives means you are advised to keep it refrigerated or in a cool place without direct exposure to sunlight.I’m impressed with the Deluxe Naturals oil and will probably use it going forward instead of the Grizzly Salmon Oil—though give that the Grizzly Salmon Oil has preservatives, I may want to use it in the summer months.My only complaint about the Deluxe Naturals oil is that the pump is defective. It won’t pop up--and yes, I do know how to get pumps to pop up. I had to replace it with the pump from my last bottle of Grizzly Salmon Oil.

I have a 5 y/o 180 lb St. Bernard that is starting to really slow down on our walks and is taking longer to lay down and get up again. I know his hips are starting to bother him so I wanted to really up his intake of Omega 3s to help his joints as well as his skin, coat and heart health. This 32 oz bottle of humane grade fish oil is obtained from multi types of wild caught Icelandic fish including anchovy, herring, mackerel and sardine. It is safety sealed and comes with a pump to aid in dispensing. A tip for adding the pump to the bottle is to twist open the top BEFORE putting it in the bottle. I thought it would be an easy open and it was not, so I had to take it back out of the oil and wash it off to be able to grab it with both hands to twist the top and open the pump feature.Fish oil/Omega 3 supplements have shown to aid pups in relieving stiff joints, improving skin, coat and nails and relieving itchy skin. Our German shepherd has a history of skin allergies and hot spots so this will help with that as well. This oil is 100% pure and natural and contains no preservatives or additives. It is non-GMO FDA approved and is 3rd party lab tested. I feel good about adding it to my pups diet. They have been getting 3 pumps twice a day for a bit over a week and I have seen an improvement in my Saints movement especially when the shepherd wants to play. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I use fish oil daily for my pup as recommended by our veterinarian due to my bullie's allergies. Ny cats love it too. I was originally buying welactin at the vet but this is even better. It's a similar low odor, lightly colored oil without the preservatives. The pump function is so much easier then using the tiny measuring scoop the other oil came with. If you just spin the nozzle it will go around and appear not to be working. However you have to make sure to hold the base (do not need to have the pump removed or anything, I'm talking about the black part on top under the actual nozzle) and then you can turn it to pop open or close again (as I do for travel). I'm also impressed with how well it was sealed up for shipping, no leaks. Will buy again when I run out.

This Naturals Rich Omega is great. My three cats love it. I put it in there food with no problem.The fish oil it's just like vitamins so you don't need to use it everyday but the cats love it
