Great Case For Stanton T62 Turntable!
I bought two of these cases for my Stanton T62 turntables. I'm a DJ and I needed something to securely transport my gear to shows. These cases are excellent. My Stanton turntables fit perfectly inside with additional room for cables. Both the RCA cable and power cord can be tucked along the backside of the unit and easily threaded through the hole in the back. The cases can also be padlocked. Shipping was lightning fast. If you're looking for the best quality case at an affordable price, this is definitely it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I freakin love it.
Getting ready to move back to east coast and have my think about how not to break my technica LP120 on collections of vinyl. Vinyl ease storage tote done. Turntable meh. Ordered Odyssey case and boom fits perfect. walked it to the garage and said out loud. I love this case. hugged the turntable perfectly the top detaches from the base and has built in port to exit cords. The install at new crib will have some serious leave the turntable in the traveler considerations. Need more cases like this for the rest of my stuff I dont want to break

Here are the dimentions
Interior dimentions are included in this review. This is a great turntable case. I have the Stanton T92 USB turntable, and the unit fits snugly into this case with the velcro blocks removed. Inside this case, the depth is 3 inches, from left to right is 17 inches with the handle in front of you, and from front to back is 13 inches. I didn't find any dimentions in other reviews, but luckily another reviewer listed their turntable as the one I own. If you put the velcro blocks in the case at the back like they are when you first open this case, you'll have about one less inch from front to back. I have also found that if I unscrew the back plate and feed the power and audio leads through the small hole, I can then put the plate back on and screw it down with only the slightest bulge where the cords are. I am able to close the case over the turntable when it's not in use. Right where the platter is, the top part of this case has two foam blocks which don't move. They point down and press on the platter for a snug fit. You may find that you need to cut these pieces a little, depending on your turntable. My turntable has a slot to stand an extra headshell in. The foam pads don't interfere with this at all. Overall a great investment.

They seem nice...
I was a little hesitant on buying the FR1200E cases for my PLX-1000 turntables because of the lack of real life photos & negative reviews regarding durability. The difference between these and the $109-$120 FZ1200 cases is that the Flight Ready series uses a 1/4" plywood as opposed to the 3/8" in the Flight Zone series. They're also 4lbs lighter than their FZ counterparts (17lbs as opposed to 21lbs). On paper the weight difference is minimal, but considering the fact that PLX-1000s are one of the heaviest turntables in production, every pound counts...The only issue that I found with this is that the 1/4" plywood is noticeably thin. I have yet to gig with them (I just received them in the mail today), but just by carrying them around the house, I can already tell that these cases aren't nearly as rugged as the 3/8" Flight Zones. Before I bought these, I was borrowing 3/8" Roady Ready's from a friend. With the RR cases, I wouldn't think twice about stacking them or traveling somewhat aggressively with them. There was even one time where I had to stand on one (nothing inside of course) and it showed zero signs of weakness... With these being so thin I feel like they need that extra level of caution (loading/unloading, stacking, etc) and I don't really see them lasting as long as the FZs / RRs. So for sturdiness / overall build, I give them a 3.5/5.As far as overall fit goes, the FR1200E fits the PLX-1000 like a glove. The foam casing around the bottom is tight and the platter foam on the upper half eliminates any play that would occur during travel. Some reviews claim that the platter foam puts too much pressure on the turntable, but for my PLX-1000s, it's just right. So for fit, I give it a modest five stars. In the end, I guess it boils down to what you need in a case. As someone with a bad back, I found that the lighter weight and aggressive price point seemed to be more worth it than to have something heavier and more expensive. Like I said before, you'll have to handle these with an extra level of care that you wouldn't normally need with with the Flight Zones, but if that doesn't bother you, these seem to be just fine.

Great for the money.
I like the cases. I see the only thing that separating these from the other cases they have is that these have the hinges instead of 4 latches. It really doesn’t change how they protect the turntables, but the hinges could get in the way of a mixer case. I’m not sure if it’s worth another $50 for me. I am not sure I want to leave them in the case bottoms all the time anyway. I might be more likely to get the more expensive ones if I actually was going to fly with them or I wasn’t the guy who handled them all the time as I suspect they might be a bit sturdier.
