We have the bingo cage, balls and tray. Unfortunately one of the balls got lost so I ordered another set. When I received them on the box it said "Missing a bingo ball?" I didn't realize I could just get the missing ball so I think they have a great product and customer service. I plan on contacting them to get the missing ball and I will have a back up set. Love the Mr. Chips product.

Purchased this bingo cage to replace one that was at least 40 years old. To my surprise the quality is equal to if not better than the old one. Would not hesitate to buy from Mr Chips again

I got the product and it is great in theory, but we are missing two of the bingo balls - G46 and G50When I picked up the G bag I noticed there was a slit, so maybe that's now they got lost.
