CROSS101 Weighted Vest Arctic/Desert Camouflage 20lbs - 80lbs

I like, the uncumbersome yet, adjustable upper body support it offers. Enabling, a free range of motion while maintaining a sense of secured center of gravity support.

I've had this for a few years now and I love it. I run with it and work out with it. The sand bags are distrubted in a way that is comfortable but can also be adjusted as needed for the weight. I also got the shoulder pads with it to help. I would recommend taking the sand bags out and breaking the sand up on occasion unless you like rock solid tubes hitting your body. Other then that this is a great weight vest.

Very durable. Great for static work out like squats, push ups, pull ups, etc but not good with dynamic movement . Great price for the quality and the amount of weight

Love this thing. I carry it in my car to train for ruck marches. I love that I can either wear it for added weight or take the weight out and distribute it elsewhere. The bottle holder is flimsy and was not useful for me especially when doing a lot of movement but I and usually carrying a camelback hydration pack anyways. I’ve used this vest for all types of training, it’s a comfortable fit for me @ 5’11” 180lbs. Expect to sweat as it’s not breathable, but that’s the point right??
