I didn't want one of those 300mg caffeine workout powders. I already drink plenty of coffee. So I was happy to see 100mg in this powder. I have a very physically demanding job that is a workout in it's own right. I can sip on this throught the day as well as using it for gym workouts. The peach flavor is just what I'd expect, kind of like peach flavored gummies. I have not felt any tingling as with other powders with the same ingredients but that's likely because I'm sipping this rather than doing a quick high potent dose right before a workout.

This Intra is great for sipping on during your workout. It is primarily a half dosed Preworkout, so you are extending that initial burst of energy you get from your pre. However, there are some additional benefits and a precaution. One of the benefits are the fact that it also has BCAAs in a proper amount. This will be generally helpful if your diet and protein intake aren’t on point and will also help to nourish your muscles during the workout, especially if working out fasted first thing in the morning. Another benefit is that it makes your water taste better to help you stay hydrated. The primary precaution is that it has 100 mg of natural caffeine. This makes for a nice mellow extended energy…but should be stacked with caution with the caffeine in your preworkout (assuming you are using one). Consider your total caffeine tolerance when adding this to your regiment.

This has all the ingredients you need for a good workout. Caffeine for steady energy, beta alanine to increase blood flow and help scrub lactic acid, and citruline to increase vascularity. The taste is good too. There is no need to buy one of the expensive brands you’d find at GNC as those are usually under dosed.

No scoop in the tub! Spent several minutes digging around with a butter knife to confirm.Amazon directed me to Nutricost support for assistance, which after a week of back and forth, was absolutely no help. Not worth the hassle of a return on a low-cost product, I ended up weighing out 21g, which works out to about 2 tablespoons of this Intra Workout formula.Taste is meh, it's not peach and it's not mango. I'm a fan of Nutricost products, but this was not a winner.

I have a high tolerance for caffeine so one scoop did nothing for me. 2 scoops did it and gave me the energy to complete my two hour workout. I didn't get any tingling sensation but I did push through my workout. Defently recommend.

Best Ingredient profile for the money, full BCAA profile with caffeine and nice addition of citrulline. Very good taste, not overly strong or overly sweet.
