I was given approval for a refund. I have ordered this product before. It is a good product. I am pleased with it. There was a shipping issue. I would hope to try again in the future.Update I still have not received my credit for the two bottles of this product!!!! this is a great product but cannot get the refund resolved...I am just frustrated.
