Definitely works!!!!
I have a 2011 Sienna with a/c blowing cool air. Not great with Texas summer days. After doing some research and trying to save money I found this valve. Thanks to all those who previously shared that this valve really works. A/C now blows 30F out of the vent. That's very impressive and I saved a lot of money by not buying a new A/C compressor. I'm glad I went this route and definitely try it.

This could save you from buying a new a/c compressor
We have a 2012 Sienna and we have had a/c issues since end of summer of 2022. I replaced the flow sensor which helped a little and found out our expansion valve was bad and I replaced that also. After replacing the expansion valve it improved the a/c cooling but it was still not at where it should be.My last resort was this Pressure control valve before thinking of replacing the a/c compressor. After replacing this pressure control valve....our A/C is finally blowing super cold again. This $35 saved me from spending $300+ for a new compressor.

2011 Toyota Sienna
Exact fit for 2011 Toyota Sienna. Fixed the non working AC. High side pressure would rise to 225psi or so then drop and continue bouncing around below 160psi or so. Old valve ohmed out okay, but the fluctuating high side pressure indicated it wasn't allowing the correct amount of refrigerant to flow through. That and the fact that the compressor wasn't noisy and would build up 225psi told me it was okay. Replaced this valve and the AC is working like it's supposed to now.

2011 Toyota Sienna AC = FIXED
We were given 2 quotes...$2300 & $5000+...this simple part fixed the entire issue with the AC system. If your Toyota has this part and significant miles plus the compressor is doing it's job but the pressures don't seem to be aligning...it could be that this valve is bad. Our 2011 Toyota Sienna was nearing 170k and this part along with a pre-evac & post-charge saved the AC system on our van.

Fixed my A/C for much less $$$
2011 Toyota Sienna 3.5LMy issue was poor cooling especially at idle. Gauges read normal high side and high low side pressures. (250psi H 70-80psi L) I figured if the compressor could pump up to that high of pressure then it was fine. Located this valve and swapped it in with the compressor on the vehicle. You must have your ac system recovered in accordance with local laws. You will have to replace the valve and have system evacuated and recharged. This will not fix a damaged compressor that can't pump to normal high side pressures in my opinion.
