This supplement from SynBio contains magnesium without any other added vitamins and minerals. It’s recommended to take up to 2 capsules daily, containing 210 mg of magnesium.  There are 60 capsules which will be good for a 2-month supply. They are a regular-sized capsule and easy to swallow.The capsules are suitable for vegans, made free from gluten.I have been taking a magnesium supplement for about 2 years now. I know it’s working great when I don’t get muscle cramps, my blood pressure is in the normal range, I sleep well, and I don’t get migraines as I would before consuming it. I feel great and have lots of energy.I have taken this supplement replacing my regular one for about a month now, and continue to feel great, so I guess it’s working for me, and priced at £10.49 (at the time of writing), seems like a fair price to pay for a supplement that’s easy to take and seems to work as intended.

This supplement works good for me, help to improving my sleep quality, twice a day, feel much better than before.

I was advised to take a Magnesium supplement to improve my sleep quality. I am taking it with vitamins supplement once a day. It may be a combined effect with the other supplements but I feel fresh when I wake up in the morning and my sleep. It is well made to be vegan and Halal so suits most consumers.

Found them easy to swallow but am unable to say yet, if they are doing what they claim.
