It’s just as accurate as a paramedic’s kit. I know. We’ve tried it. If it wasn’t for my ordering of this on Christmas Day following a coughing fit my hubby had (after testing positive for Covid), we might never have known just how ill he was. He’s now turning the corner in critical care. Highly recommend this as it helped save his life.

Pretty mediocre product. It's a typical, cheap made in China product. The battery section was almosr impossible to open. Had to use a knife to open it as pushing didn't less to anything. Once opened, I noticed the ends for the battery holders were installed incorrectly, with both having the springs on the same side despite serving opposite ends of the battery. It looks like the functionality works, but I would by no means call it an impressive product.

I bought this because I saw a doctor on TV talking about Covid19. She was saying many people take their temperature daily due to Covid19 but often before the temperature rises, oxygen levels drop and that is a good indicator that something may be wrong. She was saying for around £10, if people wanted a good gadget for Christmas a good one would be to buy a Pulse Oximeter for Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation Monitor. I like this as it is simple two use, easy to read. I check mine night and morning or if I feel a bit out of sorts. It just fits on my finger, I press the button and wait. It gives me peace of mind and is useful not just for this pandemic but anytime.

This product comes highly recommended. At first it didn't work with my index finger no reading at all. I thought it was faulty. This is because I had some sort of frostbite in that finger on both hands years ago. I have swollen joints now. So if you have something similar or arthritis I would recommend you try again with the next finger down. This worked straight away and it made me feel more confident about my health. This one had the most people review it and was CE labelled. I am glad to have this little machine to give me peace of mind and knowledge. The product says it should last 5 years on average which is very good. Very affordable, quick delivery and a neat little gadget. You cannot afford to be without it. I did try and buy British but found with a little digging they are all made in China. This one although with some China connection, is made in Germany. I would trust it and lets face it, it could save your life.

This is easy to get up and running - just install the batteries and you’re set to go. It worked with myself, my wife and our two year old grandson and that’s a wide variety of finger sizes, believe me! My daughter is a Community Nurse and she tried her NHS issue Oximeter alongside this purchase and got almost identical results, which was very reassuring. This Oximeter is so easy to use and the display rotation function is very handy indeed. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for the reassurance of an inexpensive and easy to use device that augments any home first aid kit.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent, works quickly. After reading about the benefits of using a pulse oximeter for both early induction and managing covid at home if we were to catch it we decided to research them. This got good reviews and was a reasonable price. Seems well build and super easy to use. I have a 2 year old she loves it but I would say it’s not always accurate with such little fingers, however for my wife and I it’s absolutely fine

Great little device to help keep on top of my oxygen levels will help me keep on top of my inhalers got my kids to use it to make sure it was giving right readings and it was great comes with instructions and a lot of information I don't understand lol packaging was great would recommend this to anyone
