HiNothing more than a cushion insert. Is there any acupressure benefits?

They are not what I expected. I will use them but not on a daily basis.

I was looking for a pair of insoles that weren't too expensive but would be comfortable for my joints. A few years ago I tore my ACL and have been cautious with my joints ever since, always looking for extra orthopedic support. This really do the trick! They are very comfortable. I don't use them for intensive exercise or anything, but for every day use walking around my office or house, I like the feel and my feet are happy. Good deal

These turned out to be a perfect fit inside my shoes. My shoe size was actually about the same as the largest for these. So I didn't have to cut them or size them at all.They've been great for cutting back on sore feet at the end of the day. They are maybe not quite as firm as I would have expected, but that turned out to be okay. They're very soft, almost like a memory foam to them. Maybe even a little softer.Seem to dull and put a stop to me getting cramps in my feet. I guess I didn't notice a lot of acupressure to them, of any real form. I wear very firm soled shoes, so it's nice to have extra soft insoles.I've found them great for my feet and legs.

I’m pretty sure that I requested a size small because under my description it says size small however it seems like I received a size large. Unfortunately it is too big for me even if I cut it down to size. I feel as if it’s just not a good fit overall. So this will work out well for my teenager who has narrow in long feet. You can adjust the sizing by trimming it with the guide on the underside. Overall I think this is adequate insole but it will take us some time to get used to the different points. I do feel that it could be a benefit to my teens feet. I hope that my review has helped make your decision a little easier.

These are comfortable insoles. I had to trim them but once done they fit perfectly in my dog walking shoes. Can't say I noticed anything different but time will tell. They are sturdy and can be washed. The green undersides has the guides with which to trim. The black side has accupressure points marked.

I have never tried acupressure magnetic massage insoles before and I was super excited to try them out. I’m on my feet for 12 hours per day and my feet hurt!When I received these insoles I had to cut them down to fit inside my shoes, took about 2 minutes to do that. They fit very well into my shoes once I trimmed them and were immediately comfortable when I put my shoes on. I can feel the raised cushiony areas where the magnets are, they are not bothersome at all. So far I’ve worn them to work twice and I honestly can’t say my feet feel any different but they definitely don’t feel any worse. I can say the insoles are very comfortable to wear and they do feel nice on my feet. I am hoping that continued wear of these insoles in my shoes is going to offer my feet some long term benefits. I will return to update my review if I experience a substantial improvement in my comfort level when on my feet all day.So far I’m happy with these insoles as they do feel nice and they are very comfy.

We have ordered these once before and the husband said they help with his foot pain better than any others we have tried (we have tried over 10 other types). Will be buying again when this pair needs replacing.
