definitely get what youpay for. there’s a shine to the hair, but that’s a given with cheaper wigs. the braid does stop pretty high up so i just braided the remaining hair, and the bangs were super easy to style. i was done in an hour. just crimped the bangs, twisted, and shaped them to how i like before pinning them. the flowers don’t come, and need to be bought separately. i also added a light up flower crown because i was to nervous to unbraid the hair to manually put lights in the braid, which with this wig is very risky. i myself didn’t attempt it, but by the texture and quality it’d be a messy shed-full brush of synthetic strands, so it’s a wig to be handled delicately. the weights okay, on the heavy side and might give the head a bit of an ache, but quick and easy to get used to, and doesn’t make it feel like you’ve rested a dumbbell on your skull, so just rest it on one shoulder and you should be fine. the length is also okay, i’m 5’2 and the wig stopped just about under my tail bone. the wig should also be put on and turned at a bit of an angle to make the scalp part look a bit better, and to make the amount of pins you use to keep it on smaller. i’m happy with the wig, a good starter, will i need a new higher quality one in the future? most likely, but for the present it holds up nice, and looks pretty.

It doesn’t shed very much, the inside wig cap is lovely, I was able to make my favorite wig I’ve ever styled!!I bought 4 of these wigs (could’ve used just 3, if you do what I do, I HIGHLY SUGGEST 3) and I turned them into a huge Rapunzel wig that I’m super proud of. The only thing I didn’t like about this wig is the hairline, it’s a bit unnatural, but that’s to be expected when you buy a wig under like- $40 I’d say. I’m super excited to use this for halloween and I’d recommend this wig for experienced cosplayers and someone who just wants a cute halloween costume. All 4 wigs came nicely packaged, each with a wig cap so no need to worry about getting one (tho I get one with wigs often so I'm swimming in them haha) the wig is a bit shinny, but not bad, the texture is nice, it’s really soft unbraided. If you plan to unbraid it and leave it like that prepare for it to get TANGLED. It’s a long wig, it can’t be avoided. Despite the little details, it’s a good quality wig for the price, best Rapunzel wig I’ve seen on amazon!

If you're planning on buying this wig to restyle it like I was, I highly recommend reconsidering. The wig came in the braid as in the pictures but the fibers were so damaged from pre-styling that it was almost impossible to work with. It tangled with the slightest breeze and had so many flyaways from breakage. It took what felt like gallons of detangling spray to even make it workable. Plan to spend a LOT of time detangling and making next to no progress. It took a me two hours to brush through it for the picture and even then my comb wouldn't go through the whole of the wig.That being said it is a nice thickness which I don't normally see in wigs from Amazon.

I loved the wig's length but not the condition. It arrived messy with hairs sticking out all over. The bottom, about 12, inches is very frizzy. I tried friz products, conditioners, etc but nothing fixed the wig. Whatever it is made from is not good for the look of smooth hair, I know this is a costume wig but, for the price, if you are looking for quality costume wig, this is not it.

I know this wig is braided and meant for Rapunzel but I bought it for a cosplay that I will be wearing without the braid. I didn’t see many reviews showing how that looks. So here is my contribution!Pros:- extremely thick- very very long- heat resistant (tested with a hair straightener at 300 degrees Fahrenheit)- doesn’t shed much- natural color- fits my 23” head and medium length, thick hair with wiggle room to spare- not heavyCons:- tangles very easily, brushing seems to make the tangles worse- ends are frizzy and even if trimmed, they are still frizzy. this is what causes a lot of the tanglesThat’s it! The only thing I can complain about is the tangles but since this wig is meant to be worn in a braid, I can’t dock any stars for it. As mentioned before, I did straighten the wig. It took several hours and I honestly wish I didn’t. The original wavy texture makes it look much more voluminous and it doesn’t show the tangles as much either. So if you buy this wig for a character with long blonde hair worn down like Star Butterfly or She-Ra or Sailor Venus, it’s very much worth it for such a good price! Just don’t waste your time straightening it because it still tangles after straightening. The only thing that straightening has to offer is easier brushing and it’s easier to section it apart. Don’t brush this wig much if you can help it when worn wavy!

There's a crease on the very top of the head of this wig that I could not get out even after steaming or even washing. It looked horrible. Waste of $. I bought a second one and it was the exact same.

I’m a kids party entertainer and all of my wigs are bought on Amazon… This wig is not only beautiful It’s sturdy and comes with large heavy duty, bobby pins… Regular bobby pins work fine too and then I added flowers to the hair…🌸
