Ordered almost 3 months ago and it’s already broke!!!

Bought this for my sons racing chair and simulator. It was advertised to fit the exact make and model of his shifter… it did not come close to fitting. I have no idea how to do returns on here so ultimately wasted the money. Do not buy!
