Totally yummy mixed into puddings/ice cream/custard/yoghurt
Love this stuff. It changes an aquafaba choc mousse into a deluxe dessert. It goes a long way, so although not cheap it will last. I’m sure it would go well in biscuits too and chocolate cake...if only I wasn’t on a diet!The idea was to bring a little low calorie surprise into ordinary foods, and it does. Job done!

Delicious!
These cacao nibs are delicious and add a nice bit of flavour to a bowl of porridge or plain yoghurt. I am always on the hunt for healthy alternatives and though it might not be for everyone, I really like the taste of these. You only need a small amount at a time so a bag this size will last me a long time.I received a bag with a fairly short expiry date, only 4 months ahead of when it arrived so be aware of this when buying.

Gidd quality but not for us
Have tried this and another brand of cacoa nibs and overall they are not for us.These are good value but I felt they were slightly grittier than others I have tried. They have a very mild taste of chocolate almost like you have tasted chocolate air if you can imagine that but they have a strong bitter taste and are very crunchy and for this bag it was to the point of gritty.They can be used in a few different recipies on top of yoghurt etc but they aren't a healthy alternative to chocolate for example.

Very short expiry date
Received package of 450g of raw caco nibs today on Monday 7.02.22, the best before date is 19.02.22. I checked and item can't be returned. I'm a first time customer for this supplier but can guarantee that I won't be using them again.

Healthy
The last nibs i had were full of shell and broke my teeth. These in comparison are lovely. Crunchy but soft, and have many uses.Personally i prefer to grind them into a powder which i then sprinkle onto cakes, puddings, yoghurts, and in lattes.A little bitter, but i like that.
