as a preschool director, I was looking for a book that would take me from manager to leader and this book really helped me hone new skills. Loved every chapter. A bit long winded on some points but an easy and excellent read.

Great book! It puts the school leader's role in perspective. I felt I was reading an autobiography.i could have put my name in many of the sentences.Fantastic.I would have chosen a different title.

Secrets?Probably not.A nice primer to enjoy thinking about leading people.Good advice to advocate for teachers and self.

Well written, Easy to read with good insight

In a literature that runs to thousands of books, this slight volume gets to the point, speaks from the heart, and simplifies an idea that has been manufactured to be complex. Loved it.
