I bought this, not for dough, but to scrape uneaten cat food out of bowls. The various curves on these scrapers make the job easy, they are strong enough to remove food that is dried on, and never scratch. They have made a tedious job effortless. Highly recommended!

Technically a dough splitter for use with bread or scone dough and pastry. Also very useful for scraping leftover bits of dough and flour into a pile (to reuse or discard). I also use it for scraping chopped veg into a pan and peelings into a bin.EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND NEVER WEARS OUT (my old one is 6 years old and undamaged)

I bake a lot of bread and use these to get to sticky residue around the side. Great and sturdy.

Cheap as chips and they do what they are supposed to. The material is a thin, fine plastic with some flexibility to it (a bit like a credit card but with slightly more bend) not silicone. Nice size, fits in the hand well with lots to grip, not too small. Good for working with higher hydration pizza dough out of the mixer and helping to clean up semolina/cornmeal afterwards. I would recommend and buy again.
