SauconyWomen's Guide 14 Running Shoe

This is my fourth pair of Saucony Guides. I haven't found anything that works better for my overpronation. They are fantastic for running, but are also great for walking. I like the softer laces on this newer version and the cushy ankle collar. Unlike a lot of stability shoes, the Guide series has a sleek aesthetic. And this newer version of the Guide uses a lighter crystal rubber on the outsole, so it's slightly less chunky than previous models.

I am a 50 year old who walks 3.5 miles a day and have started also running on my treadmill. I have been suffering from pain in the ball of my foot for months and could only walk distances with an insert. The shoes felt great immediately and I have ran and taken long walks with absolutely no pain at all. I’m going to buy another pair for work. I love them! I bought the wide in my normal size and love the fit.

I've tried so many different shoes and treatments for my plantar fasciitis, none of which helped. After wearing these shoes for just a few days, my pain is finally gone! They fit true to size and they are totally comfortable right out of the box--no break-in period!Update: As stated in initial review, I loved these shoes. But after about 5 months of light wear, they have completely fallen apart: holes in the toe area, color/design peeling off, and not supportive at all any more. I take very good care of shoes and wear them gently and these are just poor quality.

I’m a CNA at an assisted living and I walk an average of 13 miles/day at work. I was coming home after long shifts with terribly painful, swollen feet from my previous pair of favorite sneakers. My boyfriend has degenerative disc disease and swears by Saucony for his pain, so he convinced me to buy these.Not only do I get so many compliments on these shoes, but the first shift I wore them for 16 hours and had zero pain! They’re very sturdy, breathable, and easy to break in. They were slightly narrow to begin (as are most new shoes for me) but after a week, the Formfit insole molded very well and now they fit perfectly. I can tell they will last a very long time no matter what I put them through. I’m so glad I settled with these, they seriously saved my aching feet and body!

I am a beginner at jogging and/or running.... I need to lose weight so I looked into the right type of running shoe an this was the best for (slightly) over weight beginners.... So far they are comfortable when I am running/jogging and my feet don't ache.... I jog/run for one mile, then I walk my husky for another 4 miles...so my feet don't feel tired or achy... hope this helps

The shoes are so comfortable and fit great. There is quite a bit of support which works well with my over pronation. And the gray and pink combo looks really good together.

I ordered these after suffering with a pair of Asics that were tearing up my feet. I had always purchased Asics but they are no longer the product they once were. These sneakers are a dream. I am an 8 wide and these sneakers fit me perfectly. Saucony is now my brand!

Comfortable right-out-of-the-box running shoes. Good support, cushion, and toe box room. Fun colors. They make a slight noise inside but not outside which I’ve never had before with Saucony shoes. I have loved running in them.

This is my third pair of Saucony trainers and I am not disappointed. They are really comfortable and lightweight. Good grip for road running. There are intermediate support and I was worried the arch support was a little firm to begin with but I am finding them comfortable for everyday wear and runs, keeping my foot in a neutral position and reducing ankle and knee pain.I was previously advised you should go up a half size from your normal size for running shoes, which I did with these and I am happy with the fit. Love these trainers. Quick delivery from SportsShoes as well.

Great for over pronators. I’ve gone up a whole shoesize from what I would be in sandals, I like them roomy for running, and work too. Now got several pairs.

Bin begeistert von diesen Schuhen. Wie so oft 1 1/2 bis 2 Nummern größer bestellen als die normale Schuhgröße.Zuvor hatte ich viele Jahre Asics, welche nach wie vor auch nicht schlecht sind, aber der Saucony ist meines Erachtens um einiges komfortabler. Qualität ist top und auch die Dämpfung nehme ich mehr war.Da ich einen, wenn auch nur leichten Spreiz/Senkfuß habe, ist dieser Strabenlaufschuh der zusätzliche Stabilität im Mittelfußbereich bietet wie für meine Füße gemacht. Wer also leicht einknickt beim Laufen, dem sei dieser Schuh erst recht zu empfehlen (der Aufpreis zahlt sich meiner Meinung nach aus). Mit der Schnürung kann man den Schuh sehr gut anpassen. Auch finde ich die Schnürsenkel angenehm, rund und nicht zu dünn, so können sie nicht einscheiden.Ein Laufschuh braucht, wie ein Wanderschuh auch, eine bequeme Passform, sonst vergeht einem schnell die Motivation.Tip: Ihr könnt die Schuhe übrigens zuhause in der Wohnung über einen längeren Zeitraum einlaufen, man merkt schnell, wenn er nicht so richtig passen sollte,

Dieser Schuh macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck, sehr schöne leuchtende Farbe, sehr bequeme Sohle. Auch von der Größe passt er mir prinzipiell, aber ich habe mit meiner schmalen Ferse nicht genug Halt und rutsche raus. Sehr schade, hätte ihn gern behalten.
