Waste of money. The first supplement I purchased with this company (but not the last, unfortunately) - I used for two months and similar to the other supplements I added for stacking - no noticeable changes to my physique or fitness goal that were outside of my normal macro tracking and workouts. It did nothing to enhance my progress or goals. Will not waste my time with this company again.

Great product to take to accelerate your fat burning or weight loss goals. Of course it is not a magic pill, it's something you take with a good training program and clean diet. I decided to invest in a stack of supplements to help me commit to a personal goal. I stacked this with after burner and their pre-workout, rocket science. I used to only weight lift so I added cardio while cutting out ice cream and sweets and just stuck to my normal meals. I was able to drop from 207 lbs to 196 lbs in about 3 weeks while maintaining muscle mass (I am 6ft 0 in). It was truly only fat I was dropping. Super happy with the results so far and will continue taking this for about 60 days. Their test booster magnum thrust is also great ;)

I really love this stuff - I can tell it's helped with my energy in the morning. I take it before I go to bed, sleep soundly and have very little issue getting up at 5:30am to workout. When I take it preworkout, it helps keep me consistent throughout the workout, rather than having ups and downs. Highly recommend.

Was a little confused by “serving size” being 4 capsules but you’re supposed to take two before you train and two before sleep. Works amazing! No side effects here other than a nasty taste if you take it on an empty stomach as with most supplements
