I've been dealing with low back and sciatic symptoms down my leg and into my foot for several years. I've used many different pillows and supports throughout this time. I needed one that I could carry along with me. This is outstanding. It compresses and rolls perfectly into the carry case it came with. The amazing thing is that it does not lose it's shape nor support. When you remove it from the the carrying case, it immediately uncompresses back into shape. I use it when sitting at my office chair or even at church. It's so small inconspicuous - you feel as though you're drawing attention to yourself hauling around a huge support pillow.I love it. The support is outstanding. Using it behind my low back enables me to sit longer without feeling the horrible burning/tingling sensations that sciatic issues bring. Since it enables me to sit upright, it's helping also with low back pain as well. The comfort of the memory foam is superb. It's comfortable, supportive and helpful in relieving pain symptoms! This is well made - the material will not wear easily. The case has a zipper for easy removal. I put in a laundry bag and wash on a gentle cycle - line dry. It's fabulous! I'd absolutely recommend this pillow!

It took some time to get used to it since I like to start sleeping on my side but eventually I end up sleeping on my back which is where this pillow shines. This pillow has definitely helped my neck and I snore less according to my husband. I guess it's because I can breathe better with this pillow. I can breathe through my nose better so less snoring. Yay!!! I took one star away because sleeping on your side is not so comfortable for the hand that rests on the pillow. I would still highly recommend this pillow.

It offers a lower or higher neck support. Side support for both left and right side sleepers. You can tell it's quality. I had purchased a much flimsier type of supportive pillow, which worked…for a while but broke down quite quickly. I will be using this pillow for many years. Not sure if I can wash it or not…but very happy with it. Would recommend.

Bought this pillow due to my neck issue. I have used several memory foam pillows before but this has been the best due to its contoured shape for different type of sleeper: back sleeper& side sleeper.After sleeping for 15 days, I can say that it has actually improved my sleep quality. The pillow contour gives a good support to my neck esp when sleeping on my back. The quality of memory foam is also good.It provides support and holds its shape firmly. The pillow cover has a zip and was easy to throw with my laundry.Overall, I love it and will recommend my friends.

I noticed a significant change the first morning after sleeping with this new pillow and haven't had neck or shoulder pain in two weeks since it arrived. It's the first contoured pillow I've purchased so I can't compare it to others, but I doubt I'll need another one for a while. I was considering Sutera but then saw the reviews on this more affordable pillow. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. I am a back, side, and occasional belly sleeper.

Not the best pillow I ever slept on. It's alright...the dip in the middle is very hard to find and you're always out of alignment trying to find that sweet spot....can be very frustrating...

I was having neck pain for months. Buying different memory foam pillows. This pillow is the best so far and love the thinness at the bottom so my neck is positioned correctly. It's been 3 months and have no neck pain whatsoever. I would recommend this neck contour pillow to everyone, who deals with neck pain.

This is a great pillow for back sleepers. It provides really comfortable support. It's a good pillow for side sleepers IF the height is right for you. It's about 2 inches too low for me, which is why I gave it only 4 stars overall and 3 for supportand pain relief. But I use it with an old flattened pillow, and it works great at the correct height for me. It really helped alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. I also really like that there was no chemical smell, so this is a good pillow if you have scent sensitivity. I've been using it for 3 weeks, so far I'm really happy.

Great size and firmness. But I have had it for a month and it still smells and for some reason makes me itch. It's too late to return it.

Best travel pillow I ever had! So comfortable. Love that the cover zips off to be washed.

I liked this pillow so much I bought another one for my daughter. This pillow, although bulky, is very comfortable and worth the extra size.
