I found and bought this product on my own without seeing ads.I love this item so much I bought a second one. I have severe asthma and was looking for an inhaler alternative because I feel I’ve become to dependent on it. Since buying this I’ve hit my inhaler significantly less and am having less trouble breathing. I’ve also use this in place of my inhaler during a minor asthma attack just to test it out and it helped so much I didn’t even need to hit my inhaler! It also really helps clear my sinuses which was unexpected but an amazing result as I also have terrible allergies and can’t really breath out of my nose or smell things, to the point that I thought I had a deviated septum Well guess who can smell now! I honestly love this product because it’s helped me so much in my everyday life without medication, I still take allergy pills but they never helped with my apparent sinus congestion.

I bought this thing after a bad bought of bronchitis. I literally just got it in the mail 30 minutes ago and I've used it exactly once and I've already experienced some relief. I almost never do reviews but my experience with this is already so positivie that I came here to write it.Not gonna lie, the sensation of it vibrating the air in your lungs is a little weird, but not so much that I wouldn't do it. I'd say it's akin to scratching an itch you couldn't reach before.The stuff that I've already coughed up is pretty gross, but it feels so good to get it out.A little tip : If you are someone who has cough related incontinence, you should do this sitting on the toilet, because you're going to cough A LOT. It might take you a minute RP experiment with the angle that you hold it and how fast you blow. You WILL feel the vibrations right away and it's easy to refine it just by playing with how you tilt your hands/how you hold it/how your neck is tilted.Honestly it's so easy to use.As far as cleaning, I haven't taken it apart to clean it yet, but it seems super simple. It looks like the cap just twists off like a pill bottle. This thing is literally like 3 pieces. It's not complicated.I am shocked at how effective this was. Honestly I'm probably going to use it every morning even after I get better because the feeling of getting that stuff out of your lungs is SO GOOD. I can already feel myself breathing stronger and deeper after one use. It's absolutely wild.Tldr: 10/10, totally lives up to the hype. Play around with tilt to get the right vibrations. If you pee when you cough, do it while sitting on the toilet.

Increase lung capacity

I kept getting ads for a much more expensive version of this on Facebook. It seemed a an expensive gimmick, but my favorite respirator therapist said that it was helpful to raise inspissated mucous secretions. These secretions obstruct the airway. Son of a gun, it works!

I wasn't sure if this would just be wasted money or not. Happily it was not! I use this every morning for a couple minutes and it really helps clear my lungs. Super easy to clean too.

As a life long asthmatic I know how great it is to just breath. I had seen adds for a similar, more expensive lung exercise devices. I bought this one because it was less money.While I don't know about vibrations and oscillating I do know one thing.... after my first session not much happened, I wasn't using it right. After the second session while I was luckily, outside, I started coughing, in fact so hard I was bent over. Suddenly I coughed up two large gobs of phlegm. I had never seen such large lumps before. I kept coughing and kept producing phlegm, not as big as the first, but any that came out of my lungs is a bonus. I can honestly say that this device, whatever it does, will, if you use it right, make you cough up the crap in your lungs that cause so much trouble. Several days have passed and now I'm a pro at this. I have found that extending the exhale as long as possible gives me a better result. Haven't seen gobs as big as the first ones recently, but any phlegm not in my lungs is a good thing.I've got mine and it works, just be patient, work with it, and I hope you get to see the lumps that I did.

It works. Plastic was less sturdy then my old one. The cap loosens and needs retightened frequently, not a big deal.

I originally got the more highly advertised one and somehow managed to lose the ball. It was going to cost me $25 for a replacement plus $25 shipping from Australia, so I ordered this one instead.I find it much easier to get a consistent vibration with this one even though they are essentially the same. With the other one, I had to adjust it while blowing so I would run out of breath by the time I finally got it working. Then condensation on the ball would necessitate shaking it before blowing in it again so I couldn't just hold the correct position. Maybe the ball in this one is lighter, but it still works.The plastic part feels softer and cheaper than the other one, but it's just a tube you blow through.
